Hi Tristan--

First off, I've been a fan of yours for over a decade now. I was working in a fetish boutique in Portland when you came in one day and signed some books for us--I took the opportunity to look into your work and was totally sold. Love your work. Thank you for everything you do.

I am currently looking for resources, if there are any, on cultivating a healthy sex life in the wake of mental illness or trauma. Not to drone on too long about my issues, but here's the summary: I've been a sex-positive feminist bottom for my entire adult life and then some, but recently suffered a pretty debilitating breakdown that has left me jittery and fragmented and unsure of myself. I feel a little like I need to re-build my sensual self a little at a time, and guidance would be lovely. Are there books, activities, etc., that you would recommend for someone who is philosophically sex-positive but who is finding it hard to live the dream?

Thanks very much.
